How much advance deposit is required?
Only a modest 20% advance is required to lock in your vehicle and hotel bookings. The remaining balance can be paid comfortably upon your arrival in Rajasthan or directly to the driver during your tour.
What is the cancellation & date change policy?
We offer free date rescheduling up to 48 hours before pickup. If cancelled due to genuine emergencies, your deposit is safely held as credit with 1-year validity for any future trip.
When will I receive driver & vehicle details?
You will receive your chauffeur's name, phone number, vehicle registration number, and pickup tracking link on WhatsApp at least 4 to 6 hours before your scheduled arrival.
